Very handy to the Florence Airport. Afternoon shift front desk clerk very helpful and spoke excellent English. Greatly assisted us by arranging for an early wake up call for the next morning (4:30 a.m.), an early breakfast and shuttle to the airport for a 7:00 flight. Night clerk did not speak English, but was very helpful the following morning and we managed to communicate to pay the bill and arrange for the shuttle. He provided a hearty breakfast just for my wife and I. Bed very comfy and room well appointed and modern. Quiet location.

The rooms should not be judged by the very poor condition of the hall carpets that are badly in need of replacement. They were heavily stained and really dirty which gave a bad first impression. Our bathroom was very neat and tidy, but the sliding shower door was falling apart and needed repair. It had been like this for some time apparently.

We also appreciated the free toiletries and the comfortable bedding. The dining area was lovely, with a cozy bar and lounge where we enjoyed relaxing after a long day of exploring.

There is one particular room I stayed first night was not quiet comfortable since it was right above the kitchen. There was lot of noise from the fridge freezer below and whenever someone flushes toliet in the next door, it made lot of rattling noise. I was moved another room on my second night stay which was very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel was really great. It was close to the airport, so it was easy to get there for my early morning flight. Plus, there were a couple of good restaurants nearby, which was convenient. , the hotel was clean and tidy, which was nice.

There were quite a few negative aspects to my stay. my room was really dark and dreary, with hardly any natural light.

We chose this hotel because of its closeness to the airport for a early morning departure. The staff arranged our pickup and made us coffee at 4:45 AM. The night before the staff made us sandwiches, at no cost to us, because nearby restaurants had not opened yet. These were delivered to our room. Can't say enough good about the staff!

There are no facilities for an evening meal and/or cocktail. The elevator was so tiny, only one person could use it with our luggage. It stopped 3 times between floors and then continued on down.
